Interested in virtual group yoga classes?
- Prior to your session, please to go your app store, download and create a free zoom account.
- You may use your desktop or mobile.
- I will be charging a fee of $25 per class (no refunds) or join the term program 12 sessions per term. (For term payments must be done the 1st of the month of the beginning of the term).
- Payment is accepted via Zelle using my email account maru@marutrimmer.com
- Upon payment, please write the comment section which class you are signing up for and your email address. I will then send you a link to the zoom meeting for you to join that class.
- Each class has a different link, so paying in advance is advised or at least 20 min prior to the session in order for me to send out the link in time.
- Login to your account and then click the link to join the class from either your desktop or app on your mobile device.
- I recommend that you set up your space with your mat and props that you will need in advance and log in a few min prior to the class, give yourself time to settle.
- If you do not have yoga props at home you may use pillows instead of bolsters, a robe belt instead of a yoga belt, books as blocks, towels for blankets!
- If you use essential oils have your EO with you so you may apply them as we practice.
- You have the choice to keep your video off or on. Keeping your video on allows me to see you and I can offer suggestions in your alignment.
- Keeping your video on- place your camera in an angle where I can see you full body.
- When logging in please ensure you mute your mic.
