It is an experience where your body and mind relax through sounds.
This is not your typical sound bath. Tibetan and crystal bowls will be played as the main instruments to promote healing and relaxation.

This past week we celebrated nurses and hospital week. I had the honor to work at AV hospital. The hospital set up a nice area for their staff to join me during their breaks for wellness.
During the sessions I shared with them how they can incorporate movement, breathwork, aromatherapy and meditation as part of their daily self-care.
It was a pleasure to be there and see the staff's smiles after their session.
