I am wellness expert, yoga teacher, and guide for women navigating the changes that come with life, health, and aging.
My path into this work was not planned—it was personal.
In 2013, I began experiencing chronic pain that led me to search for answers beyond conventional approaches. What started as a need to feel better became a long-term commitment to understanding the body, supporting healing, and creating a lifestyle that actually works in real life. I made it my mission to share it with others to give hope and to give the tools they need to have a better quality of life.
Years later, perimenopause brought a new set of challenges. That experience deepened my work even further and shaped the way I support women today—especially those who feel like their bodies have changed and no longer respond the way they used to.
I am a 500-hour Yoga Teacher trained with YogaWorks and an Advanced Reiki practitioner. My approach blends therapeutic and restorative yoga with integrative healing practices, always grounded in what is practical, sustainable, and supportive for each individual.
I work from home in Lancaster, California, where I have built a lifestyle that reflects what I teach—one that values freedom, consistency, and self-awareness. I work with clients one on one in person or online.
Outside my business, I enjoy quiet moments by the ocean, traveling, and yes… chocolate.I also knows first hand that discipline is something you build (especially if you get distracted easily), and that real wellness is not about perfection—it’s about showing up for yourself, again and again.
My work is rooted in lived experience, and my intention is simple: to help women feel better in their bodies, and more connected to themselves as they move through different seasons of life.
